I would recommend "Expresso: Taking a Coffe Break with God" by Leah Whitton. I really enjoyed it! It is in an easy format where you can do more than one section/lesson a day too. Also, I love your videos!! We went through undergrad and got married at the same time as if it were meant to be!

The mashed cauliflower does NOT taste like mashed potatoes. However, in eating healthier, I mix it in with mashed potatoes. And I limit how many times a month I eat mashed potatoes to maybe once or twice, no more. I do love baked sweet potatoes with salt & pepper or roasted sweet potatoes in the oven. Really good and healthy.
