Update: I now have the Disney butternut squash ravioli food & wine copycat video up! Ooooh I would love to have this meal! Also next time you can get the Trader Joe's butternut squash ravioli and top with balsamic glaze, browned butter, parmesan, and pepitas! It's like a dish Disney had at Food and Wine a couple years ago and it is soooo good! I'm actually making a video soon showing how I make it at home like this. But I love that you went all in and made everything from scratch! I'll have to add those rolls to my list of fall foods to try

(Plus the butternut squash one is available year round). Of course you could always get both and do a taste test for your personal preference lol

I ended up making the exact same recipe today! One thing that made the process of making the dough look like a pumpkin easier was using a pair of scissor to cut slits on the outskirts of the ball. It helped a ton and was super fast!

Hi! If you still aren't able to find pumpkin puree it's actually super easy to make from a pie pumpkin. Just cut in half, scoop out the seeds, brush with olive oil, and bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes. When it's easily pierced with a fork, it's done! The pumpkin will just fall apart into a beautiful fresh pumpkin puree ready to be stored or baked into a pie. It's my fav fall trick!

Yes squash you have to plant them ahead of time if you want them for the fall season. good news is I have grown quite a few pumpkins in south Florida so its still possible without real seasons even through they are a "seasonal" veg.
