Hi guys thanks for watching and thanks to those who came to my premiere!!! I don't do them often because I usually don't finish editing the video early enough but since I' leaving for a trip tomorrow I had no choice 😆 Next week's video will be a trip vlog, and I'm sooo excited to film it and then immediately relive it in editing lol 😇 The weather in Tokyo is about to warm up a lot from next week...maybe it's just a heat wave...but I'm feeling motivated to shop for spring clothes now 🍡

“I ate it like immediately” 😂 This is funny to me because as a carb worshipper bread products do not stand a chance of living a long life in my household. I loved this vlog! I love seeing all the different areas and the activity and the stuff. I even like the snippets of you studying because honestly it encourages me to get back onto that study wagon that I have fallen off of - and have stayed off of for a very, very long time now 😳

Yay for N1, you can do it! I am trying to get back on track with my own studying. My hope to take the N5 isn't looking good lol. Oh and it's weird seeing spring just starting there as here in the U.S. we got hit by the attic lol it's -10 plus the wind chill. Maybe more study vlogs will help us all keep motivated. Looking forward to your next video!

i think the hair product the stylist used is "hair mousse" given how the texture turned out.

Yay, a new vlog! I love your vlogs about your everyday life. It’s so relaxing to watch. And omg there is even a Paul in Tokyo. I didn’t know that because that chain is everywhere in France and Belgium and they have a lot of delicious food. How did you like the bread? Because it’s very different from American bread. It has more texture and isn’t fluffy. And YAY to N1! You go girl! I’m sure you’ll make it. Maybe you can share some details on your preparation for N1, like do you have a study plan for everyday or some days in the week, are you taking a preparation course or do you just study by yourself, which material do you use? Something like that. I would be really interested and such videos are always so motivating.

We have the same bakery chain (Paul) here in London! But it's so expensive I never go there hahaha. Interesting they have some of those familiar things in Tokyo too

Great video Allison! What would you recommend for beginner Japanese immersion resources? I’m currently going through the first Genki book and I’ve reached level 11 on WaniKani but I’m not sure where to start with immersion

was there always Paul in Tokyo or was I just completely oblivious 😂I recommend the Andersen bakery btw, even their plain toast bread is delicious. I used to buy it so frequently that I managed to bond over it with the woman that was selling it to me 😂 Very heated conversations about how fluffy and beautiful the damn bread is lol. Good luck with the N1!

New intro! Loving your evolving editing style. Good luck on N1!! That's so exciting. French town is so fun, kinda wish they did stuff like that in the States. Like yeah there are a few places that have a China Town, but they're not really like that with so much effort in the decorations and everything. Your hair looks nice! I bet that treatment is good for managing frizz. I love the head massage thing, but here only some places offer it and it's always included in only some of the premium packages and never just a basic cut. I always get it anyway lol.
