Respectfully, kard isn't underrated, they're just not on a level good enough to pay attention to them. No one in their right mind would compare them to the top groups right now (honestly, not even 2nd tier groups). Kard just isn't on their level, BUT kard has found their fan base and their little slice of kpop-dom and that's cute for them.
