I saw on the official site that the projector has an Android TV system, and you need to press keys combination on the remote control to switch to it. Can you check this?

Hi! Just press the Menu button on the remote contol to enter image and audio settings.

Are you sure you can't install apps? Amazon says that the projector supports upgrading to Android 12 and installing apps.

Yes, it supports 4K resolution, but you can choose 4K quality on KZbin.

That's weird. I haven't checked the audio presets, so I can't say if they worked on my projector.
