I remember a video you posted a few days ago where I commented that I saw something in the 3D that really triggered me. I followed your advice and just focus on the end and trust that my manifestation is already done (and that I don't have to fix anything). What happened was that the situation just dissolved. I'm not sure if I can really call it a situation since I never had all the facts surrounding it but now it's like it never even happened!

A huge game changer for me has been to just relax into the higher self. If I ever feel like I'm being pulled into the identification of 3d, I imagine my 3d self stepping back into my higherself which I imagine as a light being with wings. My wings are also like a divine mother and father with my 3d self being their child, the Trinity. I step back into it and I am enveloped by the wings of my higherself where my 3d self is realigned and synchronised. When I re emerge into 3d, everything is perceived once again through the lense of the higher self where the true quality of experience is realised and everything flows effortlessly.

Thank you for this, Tom. When you mentioned the sales person at the beginning, I thought, "That sounds like what I'm going through" and then sure enough...when it comes to my desire, I've started to go general and back away from the constant scripting/visualizing/etc. because in the words of Reality Transurfing I was placing "excess importance" on the goal and it just didn't feel good anymore at all and was causing me a great deal of distress. In the meantime, I had begun to spiral so much that I started to fear I had crossed the "point of no return." My negativity was causing all sorts of problems in my life and I thought, "Screw my goal, I just want some inner peace!" Trying to change my self-concept and my thoughts then became a new "project" that was just as draining as the previous one. But this reminds me that there is no "point of no return," there's only NOW, I can always hit the reset button. Interestingly, a couple of months ago, my "project" was my health, and I was having all sorts of health issues despite going through an intensive treatment program. Now that my focus is no longer on my health, all those issues have vanished! So in short (too late haha), I need to return to that deeper I AM presence, that infinite self, that ironically enough I talk about in my program but have lost touch with in all this efforting and striving. I get the sense that this goes deeper than even the "future self" or this idea of merging with your ideal self that is talked about in Psycho-Cybernetics and referenced often in personal development.
