I prefer Alloy wheel for touring. My bike got punctured n no puncture shop nearby also local regular puncture shop cannot remove it from heavy duty bikes. I myself can remove tubless tyre puncture of Mr alloywheel fitted bike on highways. ADVANTAGE of alloy wheel... It saves you from puncture disaster on remote areas during touring.

In short spoke wheels are clearly more practical than alloy wheels! Especially for me, because I often go for short or long tours from time to time! Isiliye aj tak maine alloy wheels apni bullet mein kabhi nai lagwaye! Unke tootne ka darr hamesha bana rehta hai offroading mein, phir bhale hi kitni bhi acchi company ho!
