The .re1 and .re2 extensions are specific to certain types of software tools used in surveying and engineering, especially for collecting and processing spatial data points like terrain coordinates. You can fill a TXT file following the structure of a .re1 file and then change its extension from .txt to .re1. This way, you can import it into Allplan and use it.
