I watched the one vid regarding making of a men's suit. The precision of the cutter the quickness of the sewers!!! I sew and do repairs and alterations for a dry cleaner and I am the presser too. These overcoats look like the ones Cary Grant and Roger Moore wore in the movies. Timelessly elegant and well made in a modern era! Fantastic recording of this factory and the workers!

В принципе все процессы знакомы ,но в исполнении людей больше всего поразило пришив клапана и прорез кармана

Бывают автоматы и "замороченнее", которые и пришивают клапан с подкладкой, и прорезают карман. С такими я еще не работал, но узнал во время обучения.

В гМагнитогорске была большая швейная фабрика по пошиву мужского и детского пальто ,солдатскаой и офицерской формы..,спец одежда...прекрасное оборудование .В перестройку все уничтожили...теперь я понимаю ,что это делалось специально.Была и обувная фабрика...печально что нас не спрашивали,а просто выкинули на улицу!!!!

My dad was a garments manufacturer and he always told me that Koreans ran a tight ship. Before he knew it, he was subcontracting most of his orders to Korean run factories. To be specific: 1. They are technologically forward. 2. They have a domestic fabric industry that produces European quality fabric for a fraction of the price though their leather isn't that good. 3. They are really good at cutting costs, they'll redesign a pattern layout even if it only saves them 3% on materials and they're brilliant at designing around their production line.
