Those saws seem to slice through a frozen block on tuna, I'm sure fingers are a lot easier to slice, your right about that. I quit a job at a staircase factory, they took the guard off to make those little tiny triangle type things that go under the stairs, I wasn't game enough after the first time using that machine, without the guard.

I think they spray the machines off and then use a kind of harsh chemical to clean the machines and them run beach at the end before watering it down one last time. The blow it dry with air hoses. I worked at a pork rind factory and that's how we cleaned.

квоты на Тунца давно ниже его естественного воспроизводства уже лет 20 как - без меры расплодившийся тунец скорее экологическая опасность Тихого океана, уже 3 года рассматривается вопрос о снятии квот, но проваливается из-за опасности браконьерства, за неквотируемую рыбу слишком низкие штрафы и все ограничивается повышением квот на вылов явно недостаточном для восстановления баланса.

ничего опасного. сам работал на таких заводах. опасно в море работать к примеру на ташиме. не успел вовремя веревку порезать, нога соскочила и лебедка этой веревкой ногу оторвет. на мельчи многим пальцы и рук отрывает. мне самому чуть палец не оторвало. порвал его в клочья, но кость не сломал. короче в море жизни лишиться на раз два. знакомого на ловле осьминога якорь чуть на глубину 35 метров не утащил. а если утащил, то всё, доставать ни кто не будет

@@Zhestyanochka якорь то достанут, но человека на нем не будет. это ж не рыболовный крючок. а за человеком ни кто нырять не будет, так как на такую глубину на скоряк ныряют только фридайверы, но к акулам ни один фридайвер не полезет.
