I’ve been making my own creamer for about a year now, and it’s been a game changer in my coffee! I’ve been able to make so many different flavors with the base of Half&Half and the Condensed Milk. I made your maple glazed donut creamer this fall, and I’ve been obsessed with it! As I said, making my own creamer is so much better and I haven’t bought even ONE store bought creamer! Chai means tea. Its black tea. If you are making marsala chai itis just Cardamom is the most common ingredient, followed by some mixture of cinnamon, ginger, star anise and cloves. Pepper, coriander, nutmeg and fennel are also used, but they are slightly less common. Every family has a blend to suit its tastes.

Your only option is pure sugar cane. It’s not cheap, but it’s far better than the number one ingredient in store coffee creamers, which is soy bean oil.
