Hi Lena. Have you taught on Classpod yet? If yes, is it simple to work with? Maybe you can give an update about Allschool experience. After watching your video, I applied and got accepted. I now need to do my course and see what happened after that. I love your videos, I am a subscriber. Look forward to see if there is anything I should know at this point before going forward.

I started applying two weeks ago, and now just waiting for the background check. It seems that the application info, the demo video, and the education background were reviewed quite fast, but the background check is taking a while.

Hi Lena, do you have some ideas about new lesson ideas you can share with me? I pretty much only help my students with conversation practice, I have a lot of repeat students but I noticed over the last 2 months my amount of students and repeats when down a lot, I made a big and organized conversational topic list I can use with my students or we just talk about what ever they like, sometimes I go over IELTS practice test questions with my students, but I feel like I have very little options with my students and my lessons are the same, they will rebook a few times, some for a few weeks but later they drop off, I feel I don't have enough variety, any suggestions?
