I took my daughter to see them when she was about 12 years old. Through some miscommunication we missed the"meet and greet" before the show and she was upset. I was able to talk to a manager and he told me to stay after the show and he would come talk to us. We waited and sure enough, he came over. He then took us backstage for my daughter and I to meet the band. A really nice bunch of guys, took 10 minutes of their time to give my daughter a memory she will never forget. They put their fans first and it showed.
