Those tyres have way more in them than the deflator says. At 15psi my tyres are half flat at the bottom and your discovery is heavier than my defender. Yours look like mine with 30psi in them which is what I run on road.

Treps? put em down to 10-15psi, they barely deform at 20-25! skinnier rims if necessary.
