I know rocky can sing both ways, but listening to it I can hear Rocky's voice distinctly as the lower voice. He has a distinct voice. Additionally, when he sings higher he has to put more energy into it, and here he looks more relaxed singing where as jinjin you can tell is concentrating a lot. I believe that jinjin is the higher pitch and rocky is the lower pitch in this video, but it could be the other way around.
