Good video. I wish I had found this sooner, it would have helped me a lot instead of having to learn all this on my own, one piece at a time with trial and error. I have figured out that this theory/math also works pretty well when bending tubes and bolts as well as sheet metal. For bending bolts; Take the total outside leg length (L1) and subtrack the outside setback (OSSB), and pluss half a bend allowance. That's where you mark it to bend with a press machine. I tried this and it worked out really well.
