This why they are STILL my favorite group! They have a natural bond between them that I just do not see with other groups. And I am glad that Coko can smile now and show fun side of her. I deal with depression as well so I understand the hell it can be. I definitely noticed the dropping of weight! I dropped 206lbs starting back in Aug 2017 and haven't looked back. I got the comments about "Don't drop to much" or the "You'll look sick if you drop to much!" comments. You look amazing and f**k them!

Anyone who knows me know that SWV is my favorite group you Cheryl Coko Gamble is my #1 favorite celebrity of all time! You are glowing so much these days and I love to see it. It’s what you deserve! You look fucking amazing! Keep up the great work! I live in NYC and see a dietician in Harlem where I’m apart of a program and they give you different meal plans and options to follow based on your liking. They also prescribe us Phentermine which is an appetite suppressant. It’s been a lifesaver over the years. I haven’t been disciplined but seeing the weight melt off of you definitely gave me inspiration!
