I'm just so in love with this video! The explanation is suitable to my current level of Korean, and I have instant access to each word you used and its translation because you cared to add two sets of subtitles. This is definitely my favorite class style. Other great Korean teachers and Korean teaching companies on KZbin and the web in general DO NOT publish classes like this so often. You make teaching Korean in Korean to English speakers seem like an easy task. It is not! You're awesome! Keep up the great work. I'm a huge fan!

I love this video format! The speed, clear enunciation and vocabulary used is perfect for my level, and there isn't much 100% Korean content for learners like this on KZbin. It would be great if you continued to make more videos like this. One suggestion I have is to consider using KZbin's CC subtitles for the dual language subs instead of including both languages directly in the video, because personally I like to try to listen with Korean subs only (at least initially) and if the English subtitles are on screen then it's hard to stop my eyes instinctively reading them! Another advantage of CC subs is that they enable the use of the excellent "Language Learning with KZbin" Chrome extension to step through and repeat lines one by one, which I find to be a really helpful learning tool.

What a fantastic video. I appreciate not only the fact that you're fully speaking in Korean and adding Korean and English subtitles as well, which is the best combination possible, but also appreciate that you're speaking more slowly and pronouncing the words clearly, without dumbing it down too much. I know, because I could follow the subtitles as you were speaking, and I'm not that good! This is the perfect content to go back over and over just for the natural and clear pronunciation. I know doing both English and Korean subs is cumbersome, so thank you so much. I'll have to go back to this video later.

Wow, I am dying for more content like this (all Korean but not crazy fast for my beginner brain). I could listen to hours of this. 정말 감사합니다.

Your speed and use of words are really easy to digest, I like that you are not speaking like a teacher with an exaggerated tone, more like a friend. This format is the best with the subtitles, it is worth it! (knowing that it's very time-consuming). Thank you Saem!:D

u r really the best korean teacher for me. u should make one video about 네, because for many people it sounds like 'de' or for japanese, it sounds like デ。i know TTMIK already made video about this, but that is very basic korean word i think u should explain.

For the "son-top" 손톱, I visualize a martial arts master sawing through the wall just using the finger tips as he is THAT good. Then add in the word/sound "tip-top tip-top" associating the finger TIP pointing to the to TOP is the TOP of your "son",

누나 why is the 의 in 나의 or 너의 sounds like 나예 or 너예? Instead of 나에 and 너에?
@YourKoreanSaem
@YourKoreanSaem 3 жыл бұрын
Maybe it mind sound like that for you because of the tongue position when it transitions from one vowel to another or because ㅖ tends to sound like ㅔ in the middle of a word, but it is pronounced 나에 and not 나예.
