Use your videos to my accounting and finance class occasionally to supplement topics that are quite complex to a class many seeing accounting and finance for the first time. A group taking a two year diploma program with the a-z of business. College picked a pretty complex textbook that they take and i teach over a matter of 5-6 weeks. yikes. your videos help in snippets to bring the complex to smaller bites so to speak ron bezanson calgary know of ryerson well as an albertan

But why taking the debt in market value, if the company issuer of the bond will pay the full face value to bondholder at maturity(if the bond was issued at par and with fixed interest rate). I think the market value might interest the bondholder and not the issuer.
