Thank you for not overcomplicating this simple idea! Every other resource I've found makes it sound like advanced calculus!

You do a fantastic job, and I'm glad to find this channel. But I do want to leave disclaimer that the assuption here, should sales and assets grow proportionately, we are looking at a point in which you have reached absolute capacity for sales given the sales that assets you currently have. This is why we assume the assets must grow to match the projected sales. In real life, however, you'll almost never know when this situation is reached, and to save costs, you'll reinvent ways to stretch the use of your 'assets' to increase sales. Takes a long time before asset values and sales growth start to correlate.

Hi there, one question; what would you do if the firm pays no dividends? If you could answer as soon as possible I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!
