I am sorry, my full respect to Brian and his disability, but... I also had a catheter many times in my life and while it´s not the worst thing ever, it´s kinda icky, especially for people with no experience with it. And I fully understand that it´s a neccesity for him, but letting your new partner interact with it, with her probably seeing it for the first time in her life, being creep AND expecting any intimacy is straight up crazy.

Faith so far has given me a great impression, she’s a hard working, motivated and independent woman who is looking for a man to accept her the way she is however she is not going to settle for any man and I am sure that Loren will not be able to sway her to marry him. Brian is way too excited about the possibility of being intimate with Ingrid and I think he’s extremely nervous whether or not he will be able to “perform” and perhaps that explains the frantic behavior which completely overwhelms Ingrid. Ingrid needs to be honest with Brian and tell him that she wants to take it slow. I also think that she was not ready to learn everything about his disability because he shows her that he can do a lot of things by himself. She has to face the facts that she either loves him for him or she carries on this charade pretending she loves him but in secret she just wants a green card which will lead to a better life for her and her kids. I am curious to see how her parents will react when they meet Brian and see that he is in a wheelchair 😮

Yep. But tourists can only stay for free in the ph for a month. And then after that he has to pay fines monthly or fly out and come back. Fines are cheap but if its not taken care of early, it can cause a lot of money, and definitely a lot of headache. This man should have done some research.

The American in this season are pushy. Loren trying to push a marriage where he moves in without a job or a savings. Brian trying to push a marriage / caregiver duties would shock me and I work in Healthcare. Then there's the crazy lady that had a whole aggressive episode towards her fiancé sister for buying chicken. I understand her reluctance. But she has to understand that it can seem hypocritical to the non_American because she does, in fact, eat chicken, as.long as its from a grocery store.

I can't speak for all quadriplegics or paraplegics but I was married to somebody who was in a drunk driving accident and ended up a quadriplegic. He would mess with his caregivers, he would mess with me, he would mess with anybody that had empathy for him. Constantly having us do jobs for him that he could do very much on his own, and preferred to do on his own (under normal circumstances). He was honestly one of the most manipulative people I've ever encountered and it's what ultimately let to our divorce.

I think the gross part was that he told her he was mostly independent then expected her to do all these caretaker duties (which he had never prepared her for). It’s a disservice to both parties to not make the able bodied partner aware of your caretaking needs (especially the more intimate ones). But Brian seems to get off on making Ingrid uncomfortable because let’s be real. If it weren’t for his disability and the prospect of a green card, I’m sure Ingrid wouldn’t want to be anywhere near that dirty old pervert.
