Got my Awol 3000 last week. Amazon lightning deal £1800. I was going to get a NexiGo Aura but when this came up I couldn't resist. With the saving I went an extra 20 inch and got a 120 inch screen. Picture is stunning when calibrated.

This is the direction I am going a few years down the road. My new LG C3 will be my last tv and then I am going the projection route. Great video.

In a few years 98"-100" TV's are going to be as cheap as 65". New models are coming thick and fast every year now at ever more affordable prices. And a few years after that MicroLED will be here. Projector market is dying a slow death - just look at the specs on 98" TV's now for the price you pay. Projectors don't even have HDMI 2.1 or VRR yet.

@@frangipani-dreamsmicroled is not happening anytime soon bro, they can’t get the heat under control and they haven’t figured out how to make it affordable either as well as taking a massive amount of power, this is why apple scrapped their 2 mil investment on it or whatever they paid

Wow, that setup is just pristine and flawless. I could unfortunately though see the trend hoppers adding LED light strips to the cabinet, counterproductive to the whole premise. Clean and contained, this is the way.

The screen has acoustic holes so the centre will go behind just below where the picture projects to.

The centre speaker will go on the wall as the screen has acoustic holes, the units were from Amazon but not sure if still available

I put my Px1-pro just on the floor, so you basically don´t see it unless you look at the bottom, and also the screen doesn´t finish at the ceiling, so the screen is lower hung, and your neck can relax better...

My biggest issues is where do I put the soundbar lol. I have a nice tv stand already but having ust projector and a sound bar is just a lot on the tv stand. I would have to get a different tv stand unfortunately

It looks like you have a TV, Sonos Arc and the Awol projector. How do you connect both TV and Projector to the Sonos Arc?

@allthingstech can you please give a link or tell me what the two media units are that you used for this please. I have been looking for something just like this for ages. I have a 120" rolling screen with the Formovie Theatre UST projector and it's hard to find furniture for it and this solution looks perfect.

Well done u reassured me the 100" screen will be fine , I have just stumbled across the AWOL station have a look into it but it looks quite cheap not as nice as u have with proper wood.

About to pull the trigger on the 3500 but I can't decide on which 120" screen. I have a very large Definitive Technology center speaker and I wish I could place it dead center behind a perforated screen. However, it looks like I might have to place it on the floor in front of, or underneath the projector. Any advice?

Looks like he is putting his center speaker behind the screen. There is a perforated area at the bottom of the floor rising screen.

Currently in the market for an UST I’m torn between the formovie, aurora pro and now the ltv3000, I’m in a dedicated movie room so its always dark so ambient light isn’t an issue, I want the best Dolby vision experience possible. I have a sound system as well so standard speaker sound wont matter. Would love to hear your opinion on which of the 3 you think would be best and why!

5000 for the 3500 but this one is the 3000 and I’ve seen is as low as 3200
