i received v 14 and had 5 items. most good size other than the the byron zing serum. the shampoo and conditioner samples are great travel size. sorry you feel shorted. i was happy with my walmart box. last season sucked for me so this one is an improvement

@@cathycasuccio-ec4sw I think I feel this way because last year was great for me…a wet brush, full size eyeliner and eso lotion, plus three more samples in that box. Guess it is in the eye of the beholder. Thanks so much for watching and have a merry Christmas.
