If you were to compare both in equal portions the Iceberg is not a nutritionally dense as the darker greens. Iceberg still has a good amount of nutrition though! It is crisper for sure. I like to mix the two types, light and dark greens.

Salad looks yummy! Yes, Garbanzo beans cause stomach gas mainly due to the thin skin that’s on the bean, so I remove it. I can’t eat store bought hummus for that reason. I always remove the skins before I sauté garbanzo beans or make hummus. The skin feels like a thin piece of soft plastic, it’s no wonder they’re hard to digest.

cause other people do it then preach to be yourself, love yourself the way you are and you should feel beautiful. Which then makes people, especially those with a strong/public social media presence, lowered self esteem due to age or whatever else and/or constantly seeing these standards pushed in the media they consume. As well as what their peers are pushing on them. People often comment like "Do you know why you ___" and proceed to disrespect the person they're asking a question by asking why one of their perfectly normal features is something they have cause they think it's weird for them to have. Then they go and feel like they need to be fixed to feel beautiful for themselves, to feel correct to be seen. Cause it's hard to love yourself when you don't look like what others are telling you to love. Or just vanity or whatever who knows.

I’ve discovered a beautiful crumbly but creamy tasting Greek Feta which I’m sprinkling over everything at the moment, it tastes great.
