Camout grinding has long been a mainstay of the aerospace fastener market for high volume parts, however it has its limitations. Stock removal is limited by the shape of the regulating wheel, adjustments on the machine are manual and inaccurate, and changeover is a long and tedious process. Allways Precision, Inc has set out to bring a new solution to customers in the high-volume aerospace fastener market by introducing our latest high-speed automation: The vertical magazine loader. With this loader we aimed to minimize the load/unload time, so you spend more time grinding parts. The machine is also fully upgraded to an 8-axis CNC machine making setup and changeover a breeze. Also, since the machine will be running a normal infeed cycle, there is never a need to run parts in multiple passes through the machine.
