Lived in Buffalo for a while and love my version, but I have to try these for sure! I read years ago that adding the cold Franks at the end, into the rest of sauce now off the burner, removes that breaking down issue. I've been doing that ever since (whisking after I add Franks) and it made a world of difference. But have to remember the blender. Really enjoy your videos.
