We turn the pumps off at night. We have hoses that we use for cleaning around the park and they turned those on and put them at the top of the slides

As an American and a former vagrant, all businesses and large building here (especially construction sites) have tons of cameras, 24 hour security and silent alarms. Believe me, when you get caught they will prosecute. Don't blame them though. Cheers and keep doing what you're doing no matter what!
