Ally McBeal was my favorite show at the time, because though I am a man, I could easily relate to Ally's fear of loneliness and search of happiness and love. And it really helped me to learn more about US music from the 70's/80's era. I still consider it as one of the best TV shows ever made, it hasn't aged one bit. :-)

For ten years in my 30s, I used to identified my pain and sorrow with the character, Ally McBeal. I never missed a single episode of the show. When I turned 40, I realized that pain and sorrow in life are part of normal living, but suffering is optional if we choose to believe that love is not from outside. Love comes from within ourselves. Total depend on outside sources and other objects of affection is not sustainable. Change is the only constant. People change, and we should learn about who we are without compromising out core principles and adjust our life accordingly. To live is to experience life lessons and grow. Without change, there is no grow, no better.

Ally McBeal was with me all my life from '90ties till now. When I was eight I watched the show asking mum "but I'll not end up alone like her, right? I'll meet my prince?" mum always told me I will but now I know it's not true. Every guy I liked/loved treated me as a friend because I was a tomboy and asked for advice to get with another girl. It hurt, it really did ut I always helped them out.,,but now being 37 I got to know the truth also thanks to her: I don't need a guy to come and save me, I can depend on myself and be the work-oriented woman I am now

Faith Fox - Ally McBeal was a weekly TV show during the 70 or 80's. We the public knew of Barry White and the other artist presented, but to have it happen week after week was a treat. Some of the artist are no longer with us and this enhanced it. I know it can't be recaptured but perhaps someone could try. Jesus is Love
