I currently use SimplePractice as this is what I started with and it works well. However, Jane is another great option and worth checking out.

Headway is also free. Alma is not. Credentialing process is faster too

Rates are higher with Alma than with Headway... in Colorado at least. So Headway is free but the payment rates are lower because they aren't charging a fee
