I stayed for three years in one of their projects, Mountain Valley, and I must commend their work compared to other builders in Mumbra Kausa. The society was well-maintained and managed. My relatives have also purchased apartments in their other projects like Universe and Vista Valley, and they are very satisfied with the quality of the product. For those commenting negatively, I believe they might be comparing these projects to big brands like Dosti. Naturally, these builders don’t charge the same premium prices. In my experience, these developers have completed their projects and handed them over with OC and CC to their customers-perhaps with some delays, but they delivered.
