I'm willing to bet, they sell ranch & farm products (the cheese, the cured meats, the cutting boards & knife etc.) and opening a restaurant would be way too much work.. which would explain why, Boki and his nephew, Alex, have the time to produce these great moments. Ribs look delicious and perfectly cooked. That is not an easy feat on an open flamed pit. I cook a lot in hunting camps and try to teach the kids as much as I can about cooking outdoors so I know the skill required to regulate heat and the time it takes for someone new to it to learn to do. Very satisfying when the boys go home and decide to do something nice for their mom by cooking her a nice dinner...on an open fire in the back yard. Good on you for bringing this skill to the masses in such an elegant manner.

So Hard to belive that IT was really done Just on open fire. We made it and got coal instead of juicy Meat with the rib able tonbe pulled out. May be before the open fire the Meat spent couple of hours in the oven and then only caramelized on open fire?
