Ingredients: 300g Almond flakes 25g cooked white sesame 23g Water 50g Water malt 30g Granulated Sugar 50g Light Brown Sugar 1g Salt Instructions 1. After roasting the almond slices at 150 degrees, add cooked white sesame seeds, turn the temperature to 100 degrees, and keep warm for later use 2. Put water, water malt, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt into a pot, turn on the fire, and do not stir before boiling. 3. Use a thermometer to measure and turn off the heat when it reaches 138 degrees 4. Add the warmed almond slices and white sesame seeds, stir well, let the ingredients evenly mix with the maltose 5. Put the mixed ingredients into the baking pan while it is still hot, roll out flat, and cut into appropriate size while it is still warm 6. After the temperature becomes slightly cool (it can be lukewarm but no moisture), put it in an airtight jar or a sealed bag to keep it crispy to avoid moisture and softness
