Almond Florentine Cookies
Cookie dough
250gr low protein flour
75gr unsalted butter
75gr blue band
1 egg
25gr milk powder
25gr cornstarch
25g powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
So 2 brownie pans 20x20cm
Almond
25gr egg white
30gr sugar
50gr almond slice
3g black sesame
All in x2 because this is an ingredient / pan
Brownie pan 20x20
Bake in the oven at 150 for 15 minutes
Then return to the oven at 150-170 for 30 minutes or until the almonds are browned
1 recipe produces 1 round jar of 500gr size and 1 square jar of 250gr
2 recipes make 3 500ml jars
