Almond Raisin Cake 杏仁葡萄蛋糕

Ingredients:
225g unsalted butter （无盐牛油）
70g caster sugar （细砂糖）
5 egg yolks （蛋黄）
220g plain flour（普通面粉或低筋面粉）
1 tsp baking powder （发粉/泡打粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
60g ground almond （杏仁粉）
100g raisin (葡萄干）
30ml rum （朗姆酒）
5 egg whites （蛋白）
75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar （细砂糖）
Some almond flakes （杏仁片）
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 40 minuets.
