Almond Tart | Amandine! The Best Tart You Can Make! Simple and Delicious!

INGRIDIENTS:
For the shortcrust pastry:
140 g butter
240 g flour
30 g of almond powder
60 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 egg
For the almond cream
120 g almond powder
120 g butter
100 g icing sugar
3 eggs
Flavor of your choice (vanilla, bitter almond extracts, lemon, etc.)
Decoration:
60 g flaked almonds
2 tablespoons icing sugar (optional)
Apricot glaze or jam
