Ingredients - Pastry:
125 gm Butter
45 gm Castor Sugar
250 gm Plain Flour
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
Ingredients - Almond Filling:
250 gm Butter
270 gm Castor Sugar
4 Egg
250 gm Ground Almond
Methods:
Pastry:
1) Place butter and sugar in a bowl. Mix well.
2) Sift in flour and egg. Mix into a dough.
3) Divide dough into small portions (about 26 gm)and press onto tart moulds. Prick some holes on the base with a fork.
4) Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Almond Filling:
5) Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
6) Add eggs one at a time, beating well in between additions.
7) Add almond powder and mix well.
8) Spoon filling into pastry case. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes or until it start to firm up.
材料 - 饼皮:

做法 :
饼皮:
1) 把牛油和幼糖放入碗里,混合均匀。
2) 筛入面粉和鸡蛋,拌匀制成面团
3) 将面团分成小团(大約26克
),按入挞模具中,用叉子在饼皮底刺孔。
4) 把饼皮放入预热烤箱,以180摄氏度烤15分钟。
杏仁馅:
5)将牛油和糖,搅打至蓬松。
6)逐次加入鸡蛋,搅打均匀。
7)筛入杏仁粉,拌匀。
8)勺入杏仁馅在烤好的挞皮上。放入预热烤箱,以160摄氏度烤25分钟或至开始变硬。
