Cut to one normal basic and one snow covered then add whatever you can afford. You can’t be worried about duplicate lands w tainted pact. If you can praetors grasp a thoracle you can use the tainted pact to win. Or w dockside and temur +eternal witness you can recur praetors grasp to deck your opponents out.

Splitting your basics into Snow-Covered and Regular Basic will make your Tainted Pact significantly better.

Would like to see where you're at with this build. I play Korvold as my Main cEDH deck and I have basically everything needed for it if you have any questions or would like to have some feedback, advice, tips, ideas, etc. Loving the onslaught fetch lands the the tormods crypt tech.

Glad to help. Allot of korvold's core cards are a little expensive but he can be built allot of different directions.

im pretty sure sudden spoiling works against thassa. same way dress down works with etb creatures

I don’t think so... Sudden Spoiling makes the creatures already on the battlefield lose abilities. New creatures aren't affected. The issue with Oracle is the ETB trigger, which Sudden Spoiling can't do anything about because it's already on the stack, unlike dress down, which hits the field first and nulls the ETB trigger from occurring in the first place.

It's a great deck. Maybe Ad Nauseam will suit it better. But man, buy new sleeves. Those look nasty as sh**.
