when i went for my makeup appointment the staff was so so rude, and some miss understanding happened, Mrs parul didnt even bother to come to us and solve the issue, and asked her manager ki inko boldo jaane ko!!! Really rude! we came from noida.. wasted our 6 hrs travelling going and coming plus waiting for 2 hrs
