Stratford High School's Stratford Playhouse in Houston, Texas presented their version of John Cariani's romantic comedy ALMOST, MAINE in the spring of 2014. Here is Scene 2 entitled "Sad and Glad" and features Stephen Swank, Mary Kate Goss, and Elsa Moen.

For anybody who's complaining about the repetitive back and forth between the two, it's literally in script and it couldn't be any more annoying and awkward, which I think it's what the screenwriter wanted to portray.

i play the waitress for this scene, the only thing i think this girl needs is more enthusiasm!! her accent is good, but she uses the same voice, shes playing a young waitress, she needs a little more excitement to really bring out the comedy in it:3

Well the repetitiveness is in the script, but it could've been acted out a bit better. Lovely job for what it is though
