Almost nobody knows THIS recipe! ONE secret and unusual buns are ready!

Hello friends! Today I'm showing you how to make soft, delicious buns with cottage cheese and raisins.
Yeast dough is prepared in milk and left for only an hour, then it remains only to fold the dough.
This bun recipe is simple, but very tasty, such sweet pastries will delight the whole family.
Cook with joy and love!
Ingredients:
Warm milk - 300 ml.
Sugar - 3-4 tablespoons.
Dry yeast - 10 g.
A pinch of salt.
Mix well.
Add vegetable oil - 50 ml.
Add honey - 2 tbsp.
Mix well.
Sift 550 - 580 g flour.
I gradually add flour.
I use regular high quality baking flour.
You need to knead the dough well.
The dough should be homogeneous.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Cottage cheese - 360 g.
Add an egg - 1 pc.
Add sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
Add 10 g vanilla sugar.
Mix well.
Pour boiling water over 100 g raisins and let stand for 10 minutes.
The dough has risen well.
Sprinkle the table with flour and lay out the dough.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
The dough should be about 1 cm thick.
Lubricate the dough with butter (20 g).
Put cottage cheese on the dough.
Add raisins.
Roll up the dough as I show.
We need dental floss.
Repeat after me.
Rolls of dough should be covered with flour from below.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Mix together 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp milk.
Lubricate the buns with milk and egg wash.
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Let our buns cool down.
It is very tasty and unusual!
