Almost Stuck: Confused/Messed Up Otis Hydraulic Elevator at the Exton Square Mall Parking Garage

This is the one by the East Mall Entrance, and this elevator is just horrible! As shown in this video this elevator sometimes goes down at leveling speed, and randomly stops on floors when there is no call. This happens on a regular basis which I find absolutely ridiculous, so PREIT you have to fix this elevator!!!
