I just bought the vancer Groove and it's at 100% and when I try to plug the USB-C into the 4k Dongle (the mouse is ON) it does not work, the dongle is on but my mouse on my monitor is not working, do you know a fix?

Lol your opinions on mouse shape are the opposite of mine. I love groove shape (based on hyperX pulsefire haste which is same shape) and just kind of dislike the more conventional rear hump mice,
