Just checking if I’m understanding right. On another video you mention folic acid is bad when talking about prenatal vitamins. That it’s not folate which is found in foods. But then aloe Vera juice has folic acid.

You caught that too. Yes, folic acid is bad, and folate is good. She probably misspoke. I believe folic acid is synthetic and does not exit in nature.

I just got Lily of the Desert aloe vera juice, inner fillet, and it is so bitter I can hardly drink it. Is it supposed to be that way? I have had aloe vera in the past and it is usually sweet. I’m not sure what to do with this or if it is safe to drink.

It is very bitter if u prepare urs from the sprout or leaves and it for diabetes but the ones in shops have added sugar which isn't advisable for diabetes patients.
