Keep pushing through it, Finn. I know it hurts & emotions are a little all over the place, but it does get a little easier to deal with, with each new experience, while also growing. I'm 58 & I still get emotional after visiting my daughters and grandson who live 930kms away from where I live, and I have to say goodbye again, knowing I probably won't see them for a period of 4-8 months. I do get better at dealing with it. Crying is a good tool because it releases a certain chemical that helps the mind to chill out. Also, I've come to realise that once I'm back in my routine, I'm usually feeling better after a few days or a week. You're still very young & still developing the tools to overcome emotional highs and lows, but it will get better. On the positive side, you don't live alone like I do. You have parents & siblings to lean on every day, and that's a very beautiful thing. I hope u feel better soon. BTW, it's a beautiful thing to feel the emotional loss of beautiful people because it means u love them. Not all people feel that. Serial killers in particular 🤣🤣 I'm sure u get what I mean & I really hope that made u laugh out loud 😉 Happy sailing, Finn ❤ You're a beautiful young man & the rest of us are so fortunate to witness your growth. It's been an interesting journey, following you (your siblings and parents) throughout from episode one of Sailing Zatara, watching you as youngsters grow from child, through teen towards adulthood. I went to Switzerland when I was younger, one of the best holidays ever, so so beautiful, so hop you guys had a wonderful time!!!
