He's an interesting cat for sure. This particular track is Bjork mixed with Portishead and it's just 1 of a seemingly endless list of styles I've seen from him. There's a guy who I'm sure you know was in Blur and then fronted the Gorillaz, Damon Albarn, he's the same type, constantly reinventing his style, trying new things, creating unique sounds. Alejandro is going to be hugely successful. He could probably put out 5 completely different albums right now 😂😂it's almost silly to be that good and yet unsure of yourself. Imagine when he gets confident and starts to meet with other talented people, his output will be phenomenal.

The contestants on the show are bound legally, if they win they are signed by the record company automatically, if they don't win they still have obligations regarding the American Idol tour. So he's actually not allowed to produce anything commercially. His free stuff on Instagram and KZbin escapes the agreement because it's not for profit. But am album release would land him in court.
