Wow! I am so elated that you chose this part of Wabakimi! I took the exact same route up the Nemo back in May ‘05 and it looks as if nobody but you has been there since. With limited quality topo maps our route was never set, but the map you have is so much more updated and even the small lakes now have names (eg. Beaver. We named it Vindaloo Lake after what we ate that night) Even the one site we established from scratch back then is now on the map as well. You also got lost where we almost did, back then we piled a small inukshuk which unfortunately seems to have fallen. The water levels were also much higher in spring making it easier to navigate and also not as buggy, but cooler temps and just as rainy. The pristine wilderness and fishing seems to be just as outstanding as it was back then. All I have is early 2MP digital photos from back then so thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart for documenting this route in such an immaculate quality documentary.

Hello from Thailand! Took me 3 days to finish it but it was EPIC! Loved the storm part lol. It was perfectly timed to make this content even more epic. Hope to see more of your adventures. Wish I could experience this great outdoor myself.

Thanks so much for the kind words buddy! I really appreciate the support!! I hear you re 9-5... routine and monotonousness is something I still struggle on daily basis in the "city life"... but these adventures are my lifeblood.. they bring me back.

So it seems like 80% of the time with rain, wind, mosquitos, black bugs, portages …. And 20% enjoy the good views….because rain around every turn. There are some amazing views.

I love that half the video isn't setting up camp, cooking and eating food. You show lots of the trip, flora and fauna and just a glimpse of camp and food ❤

Finally got time to get into this one, it's been sitting on my to watch list but I didnt want to start in case I didn't have time to finish this 3 hr epic!!😅 Amazing intro, great angles and that first thunderstorm , they hit so quick up there eh? Fast and frequent!! You're a brave man for not bringing any fuel up there for cooking 😅. Now it's time to sit back and enjoy the rest of this !

Another epic Eze adventure completed! Our Canadian biting insects can certainly be one of the biggest challenges of bush travel. Man, they can be horrendous. Loved the rap session and that you thanked your wife. :). Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventure. :) :)

Beautiful Eze! Another great spot to camp in Canada is the Barron Canyon in Algonquin Park. Highly recommend it, as the scenery is beautiful. I hope to visit the Wabakimi myself one day!

Cinematography editing and production values that surpass almost all others with years of experience. Guaranteed Xander Budnick is watching or has watched this and is drooling over the quality. If only you were as pretty as him.

@@EzeAdventurer Yep awesome trip. About a minute before you brought up the comparison to Algonquin I was like I bet he was thinking this ain't Algonquin. I haven't been there ,don't know how I'd fair. Ballsy not bringing gas, but I guess you could always make do. You should watch "Wind Water Pine" Temagami. He did a portage that I couldn't fathom. Actually it was to get to the portage....the lake had run out well before the portage.

What a test for you. Had the same thing happen to me with a tarp camping at 10,000 feet in the Montana Mountains when a thunderstorm with gusty winds blew in. Glad I had my tend set up in as well to retreat to, it did way better against the wind. Not sure I trust just a tarp unless it is pitched perfectly.
