I love your views on dating. Yes to everything you said: - Keep your standards high - It's ok to wait - Want to be in a committed relationship, and just date for flings/hookups. Your heart is to be valued. - It's ok to not have experience with boys/men. - Enjoy being single I basically did everything you just said on your views on dating. I waited. I held my standards high. Had my first real BF (now husband) at 28 years old. Got married at 29, and just celebrated our 9 year anniversary. You're right! God knows who the RIGHT person is for you. It's worth the wait. LOVE!!! how you're using your platform to share your views. You're such a great example to young women and women in general. ❤️ And yes it's your Taylor Swift year. 🤗

100% Dating as a younger person is awful and now that I'm out of that game and age range I'm so happy I'm with my forever person. It can take time to find that person. I think more people seek real commitment closer to their 30s, so enjoy your 20's there is no pressure or rush.

Girl, I’m 23, more or less same as you do. I totally get the thing about relationship, finding a partner who is willing to commit and is someone you would like to commit to as well, especially at our age. Thank you for letting me know that I’m not alone🥺 let’s don’t lower our standard and fine a nice partner someday 💋

Hi. The segment of you enjoying your picnic in Central Park was lovely to watch. I really hope that you find the right guy who will love and care for you for the next 60 years and not find the guy who thinks commitment is 3 dates in the same week. Personally, I think that us guys are wired completely wrong when it comes to dating/relationships/hook-ups. We convince ourselves that we need to get a kiss on a second date, a proper kiss on a third date and then from a fourth date.............. you know. But obviously it shouldn't be like that. There is NO rule that says a woman has to "give out" after three or four dates. So good for you. It was lovely to spend time watching how you spend a 'self care' day. I hope you have the best week. 🙂

You’re still young! You have plenty of time to enjoy yourself! It’s better to wait and be single than settle for a bad relationship. I’m 28 and I’m still single. 😂 The right person will come at the right time. That’s cool you’re in my city! NYC pizza 🍕 is the best!

From a similar view but as a guy; there’s a lot of pressure on people in general to start early especially from peers and in Australia I think it’s similar but it’s not like American dating. So by 9th grade, majority of students will have dated at least once and if you don’t then you risk being ostracised or neglected as a minority

I just started uni and although I am just 19 I am already feeling anxious about being single by seeing people around me getting into relationships and being happy in them. While, I am just here all alone wishing someone would take interest in me- asking myself “what is wrong with me”? “Why not me, why her”?, which can be really frustrating and put my self-worth down. I am similar to you in the sense that when I like someone I become really attached and devoted and I would want the same attention and care from someone else, like for a guy to finally take serious interest in me- not just a random hookup. I have been feeling down about this for quiet some time now, but I am happy to say that your video actually helped me realize that good things take time and I do love myself and hold myself high up so I should have the right to be picky about such and important thing as my future partner, as I DESERVE a good and healthy relationship! Thank you for reminding me of this and making me feel less alone, Rachie. Love your videos! Lots of love and happiness, Maria❤

Punishing yourself is definitely not productive in the long run. Accepting God's forgiveness after turning away from sin will set you free Our love, significance and security. Should come from the Lord and loving yourself ( cuz he first loved us ) and asking for help when you're struggling and doing better in college from this point forward is a healthy perspective. I'm glad you have a counselor .I do too. It really makes a difference. When you have someone to talk to that is neutral. You can tell them whatever was on your mind without worrying about hurting people's feelings or anything.

I relate so much to what you've said! I've just turned 23, and I've never dated, and people tell me I should and I should lower my standards. But I'm also on with you waiting for the right one, a long-term partner, so yeah, just wanted to say that you're not alone! Also, I would definitely love to see more self-care days by yourself like this one. It really inspires me to do the same, so hopefully, I'll get around to do it, too. Thank you so much for this video! It really made me feel more understood & less alone. ❤

I'm truly proud of you for standing up for yourself TO yourself, when you talked about not allowing yourself to go to the trip because you didn't "earn it". I spent my 5 years in Pharma school forbidding myself to do anything other than study, not even working out, because I thought I didn't deserve to feel good about my body as long as I didn't get good grades which quickly turned into a vicious cycle that lasted waaay too long. I would feel so bad for doing my hair or dressing remotely well before an exam because I thought that I didn't prioritize my studies, which wasn't the case AT ALL but that's how it translated in my mind. I had no life, I would see my friends 2-3 times a year, would only allow myself to watch TV shows sometimes but no going out because I thought I didn't deserve to "waste my time/energy like that" or to feel remotely relaxed. I'm starting grad school this winter at my dream uni in Montreal, and I hope to have your strength to be kind to myself at all times. The irony of it all is that I would have been more productive and gotten better results if "allowed more" for myself. Also PLEAAASE DO OTHER SERIES like that it was soooo relaxing, and you inspired me to do a trip like this one day alone, thanks again xx PS: frrr I started looking for bus tickets from Montreal to NYC loool

I’m 30 and the fact that I’ve dated so much since I was 16 and have a lot of experience with sex, dating, relationships etc and am still single is disheartening. I hate being single. Dating is something that’s always at the top of my list up there with my career. I prioritize both and give both the same amount of effort, but dating is something I can’t control. I can’t do everything right and expect to get a husband in the end. Unlike in my career I do everything right and get what I want in the end. And if I just “let go” then nothing will happen. I want to marry soon but I don’t want kids. I’m 30 and I feel like I need to find someone soon but I won’t settle because settling will end in divorce. Yes I’m 30 and single but I’ll never settle. Men in their 30’s still don’t want to settle down unfortunately, but I will not settle for the ones that do just because they want to settle.

I just wanted to say that I'm a man and I totally agree with your views on how women should be allowed to have high standards and take their time finding someone who they want to be with. I feel like a lot of us want to believe that everything is equal and that these types of doubles standards don't exist but that's obviously not true. You are definitely inspiring and I feel I have learned something important in this video. I'm starting a history degree next year in UofC and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous. You saying that it's okay to treat yourself and to be kind to yourself has brought me a ton of peace. Thank you so much!

4:04 I bet you're the most beautiful girl there bae 💍💘😍 Bee stings hella hurt, I hope you never find out 😂😰 9:16 ayo, I just might be the one ☺💗 18:26 The pizza looks so good. That's how I remember the slices were like back when I was 2 yrs old living in New York, I also remember it burning my mouth 😂😰 All the toppings would come off with the first bite then I'd have a slice of pizza that's just sauce and my parents would tell me to finish it as to not waste food 🤭 Should've also tried special fried rice and pork fried rice while you were in New York because they have the best fried rice. Nothing compares over here in Cali Mmm watermelon kombucha. If I ever find it I'll try it 🙂 ILYSMB 😘💨💞

I'm in Philly and Korean :) 🤗 You need to find a friend with a car or catch uber and go to the bigger H mart that opened not to long ago in Philly. Think the address is 6201 North Front St Ste 124 Philadelphia, PA 19120. There is a HUGE Korean community NW of here in the suburbs, specifically around Montgomery township. They have Korean food galore. You do not need to go to NYC for yummy Korean food. Wish I could take you to my parents. They live in Lansdale and my mom makes fantastic Korean food (just like yours!). Be well!!! ❤❤

Thanks for being vulnerable and sharing that side of yourself with us - I loved it. As for your viewpoints on dating, I had the exact same attitude in my early 20s (I'm 30 now) and this is the advice I would give to my younger self: -While it's great to have high standards and to not settle, sometimes placing such a high "marriage material" bar on dating could prevent you from getting to know people who on the surface may not seem like your type. I wish I had dated around more in my 20s because only by being in relationships can you learn more about yourself and what you truly want in a partner. I'm not saying to lower your bar, but rather to set that bar at "do I enjoy spending time with this person" versus "is this person marriage material". You might be surprised at who you find on the other side :) Love your videos!!
