I've been trying to watch this for years and out of nowhere it's on YT. I really liked this one a lot- the acting was great all around, the direction was old school and effective, the atmosphere and suspense were on-point, and there was one twist I didn't see coming at all. I'll be watching this one again, hopefully a blu-ray exists somewhere out there.

I love the scary music when the store got robbed. I think of that music when I'm in a crowded store lol. I wonder how old Carol Levy is now? It doesn't say on IMDB results.

I liked that the term 'blackout' was put to it's proper meaning, per the era ( into the 90's too). It's not just a power outage, someone is up to something sinister; people are going to purge, steal & destroy opportunistically, also.
