• Egg: 10-12
• Potato: half kg
• Onion: 200 g
• Tomato pury: 200g
• Yougurt: 200g
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 and half tbsp
• Red chilli powder: 1 and half tbsp
• Turmeric: half tbsp
• Coriander powder: 2 tbsp
• Salt: 1 tbsp / according to your taste
• Cloves: 8-10
• Bay leaf : 3-4
• Whole Papper: half tbsp
• Cinnamon sticks: 1 finger size
• Green cardamom: 5-6
• Black cardamom: 3-4
• Oil: 1 and half cup
