Delicious stuff i like potatoes and capcicum bhaji It's a good version....she added oil coz she has to fry pounded Hara masalas seasoning plus onions tomatoes . If less oil is used it starts burningand raw smell will not fade . Masalaswill start burning and sticking ...No probs oil took over everything. Dry chapatis good combo . Oil balanced ⚖️❤❤❤❤❤
